Roasted Turnips With Parmesan

- 2 lbs turnips (about 4 med),peeled and cut into 1/2 " wedges shopping list
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
- 2 TB extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- coarse salt and ground pepper shopping list
- 1/4 c grated Parmessan cheese (1/2 oz) shopping list
- chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 475'. On a rimmed baking sheet,combine turnips,cayenne pepper, nutmeg and oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss well to combine.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and toss gently to combine.
- Arrange turnips in a single layer and roast till golden on both sides,25 to 30 mins,flipping halfway through. Sprinkle with parsley
