How to make it

  • In skillet or wok heat some oil
  • Add tofu cubes and soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute
  • REMOVE tofu and to the same skillet add 2 tbsp. oil, onion, green pepper, and celery. Stir-fry this for 3-4 minutes.
  • Slowly add the cooked rice
  • Add soy sauce and tofu cubes.
  • Stir-fry until hot. Serve topped with green onions.

    I want to incorporate more tofu into our diets. My husband says he is willing. This sounds like an easy way. I love the taste of tofu. Thank you!

    The soy sauce is just to add alittle taste, something salty, feel free to omit it if you like

    is this soy sauce to taste? do you marinate the tofu cubes in soy and then use the excess? thanks!
