Ingredients
  • 4 boneles,skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2(3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese,softened
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet
  4. Cook chicken on each side for 3-4 minutes
  5. Place chicken in a greased 9x13 bakig dish
  6. Combine cream cheese,onions and mushrooms
  7. Spread evenly on top of chicken
  8. Unroll crescent rolls onto rectangles
  9. Pinch the seams/perforations together
  10. Place each rectangle over a chicken breast
  11. (opt) brush lightly with beaten egg
  12. Bake for 20 minutes
