How to make it

  • In a large bowl, combine the bread, tomatoes, basil and onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and garlic.
  • Drizzle over the bread mixture.
  • Cover and let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Great side for a summer sandwich!
