Fantastic! Squid isn't exactly something that is in the local Piggly Wiggly, but the recipes sound great. True story: We moved to this outpost from Plano, (dallas) Texas and I noticed a local very small grocery store had boxes and boxes of frozen Calamari. I asked the owner why so much? And who in this part of the world ate Calamari. (I had a box in my basket ready for checkout) He looked at me funny and said, you don't eat that stuff, do you? That's to bait trot lines for catfish. That's stinky bait. Then he went around the store laughing and telling everybody that I was eating stinky bait. Good stinky bait recipes! I'm bookmarking them. Love the three ways of presentation.
