for some more information...its better to use less sugar than use artificial sweeteners...

Used 1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend in place of sugar/splenda mix, increased cinnamon to 3/4 tsp, baked 10 miutes (8 min. too doughy), cooked large Braeburn apple 5 min. in microwave with little water in covered micro bowl and mashed cooked apple for sauce. Good cookie for Type 2 Diabetic.
