Herb And Garlic Grilled Corn

- 8 ears fresh, husk-on corn shopping list
- 6 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 4 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed shopping list
How to make it
- Gently remove the silk strands from the cobs of corn and re-wrap in the husks.
- Place corn into a deep bowl and cover with water. Soak 1-2 hours, drain well.
- In a small dish, whisk together the oil, vinegar, oregano, basil, mustard, salt and garlic until well combined. Set aside.
- Preheat a gas BBQ to medium or build a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill.
- Place the corn cobs, in their husks, directly on the grill.
- Cover and cook 10-12 minutes, turning every 4 minutes.
- Peel back the husks around the "stem" end to form handles and brush evenly with the herb-oil mixture. Serve immediately.
