New York Cappuccino Cheesecake

- 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs (or use your favorite) shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 5 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanill extract shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee shopping list
- 3 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream shopping list
- 3 tablespooons sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee shopping list
- Garnish shopping list
- 2 ounces chocolate melted shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and then mix the crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and the butter and press firmly onto the bottom of pan and bake for 10 minutes
- 2. Beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar the flour and the vanilla in a large bowl until well blended and add the eggs one at a time and make sure well blended then add the sour cream and the instant coffee granules into liqueur until dissolved and blend into the batter and pour over the crust.
- 3. bake for 1 hour 5 minutes or until center is almost set and then remove from the oven and let it cool for awhile.
- 4. Mix the 1 1/4 cups of sour cream,3 tablespoons sugar and the 2 teaspoons of coffee and then pour this over the cheesecake and return to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes when done remove and then take a knife and run it around the crust sides to loosen cool completely.
- 5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and then drizzle over the cheesecake and then place in the fridge overnight .
