How to make it
- Grate a lemon skin, put it in a bowl with the sugar, the flour, the milk and the eggs. Mix it well.
- Pill and slice the apples thinly.
- Grease a pan with butter, add the made up and put the sliced apple on top.
- Put the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degree (250 Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes.
