How to make it

  • Wash, dry and cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch squares.
  • Spray a large skillet with olive oil spray then melt the margarine on medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook till no longer pink. (3-5 minutes)
  • Slowly add 1 ¾ cups of water and 1/3 cup of milk and bring to a boil.
  • Slowly stir in the pasta and Special Seasoning from the Pasta Roni.
  • Separate the pasta with a folk, if needed and return to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Boil uncovered for 4-5 minutes uncovered or until the pasta is just tender.
  • Stir frequently.
  • Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3-5 minutes to thicken.
