Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt 1 stick of butter and pour 1/2 over hashbrowns, set aside.
  • Mix together mayo, sour cream, cheese, soup, onions.
  • Mix hashbrowns with soup mixture.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • 15 minutes before done pour 1/2 stick of butter over corn flakes and sprinkle over top of casserole.

    Made this a couple night ago.. My family loved it. However, I made one change. I added 1lb lean ground beef, to make it a one pot meal.
