Burgundy Burgers

- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup) shopping list
- 1/4 cup Burgundy or other good red wine shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Kaier rolls to serve shopping list
How to make it
- Brush your grill rack with vegetable oil.
- Heat up your grill.
- Mix beef, onion, wine, worcestershire sauce, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape into 6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
- Grill patties, uncovered, about 4 inches from medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Turn just once and wait until it's no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
- Toast buns, if you'd like, before serving.
- Top with your favorite toppings and condiments.
