Burgundy Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)

1/4 cup Burgundy or other good red wine

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Kaier rolls to serve

Directions

Brush your grill rack with vegetable oil.

Heat up your grill.

Mix beef, onion, wine, worcestershire sauce, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.

Shape into 6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

Grill patties, uncovered, about 4 inches from medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Turn just once and wait until it's no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.

Toast buns, if you'd like, before serving.

Top with your favorite toppings and condiments.
