How to make it

  • Brush your grill rack with vegetable oil.
  • Heat up your grill.
  • Mix beef, onion, wine, worcestershire sauce, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Shape into 6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
  • Grill patties, uncovered, about 4 inches from medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Turn just once and wait until it's no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
  • Toast buns, if you'd like, before serving.
  • Top with your favorite toppings and condiments.
