How to make it

  • Slice pork along the grain into thin strips. Place into bowl and mix with A.
  • Add B to eggs and beat; add pork strips to beaten eggs.
  • Heat cooking oil in wok. Pour in egg/pork mixture and scramble quickly.
  • Sprinkle with chopped scallion and serve.

    these would go great with the Bacon Fried Rice I came up with ;) Another nice post.... I also recently added my version of tapsilog, which has a similar feel, but it uses marinated meat. A new type of "breakfast" for us, around here, so it's got my attention.
