How to make it

  • Cut all the fruit into similar sized pieces. See Photo
  • Working with the cold cheese, form a bit of cheese around each fruit piece, covering completely, but try not to make a thick layer. See Photo
  • Finish all pieces of fruit before moving on to the next step, because covering with the cheese will prevent any browning of the fruit, and, it will also mean less time they will sit with the nut covering. :)
  • Place ground nuts in small, shallow dish and roll each cheese covered fruit in nuts.
  • Serve immediately.
