How to make it

  • First you will need to butter/flour 2 cake pans.
  • Now take all the ingredients in a bowl and blend for approx. 2 min.
  • Now pour into buttered pans.
  • Let this bake at 250 degrees.
  • It will be done when toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool.

    I needed to make a wedding cake for a friend. I used this recipe. First, I didn't know why I needed to bake it at 250 but I followed the directions. It baked evenly. I did buttercream between the layers and covered with a marshmallow fondant. The cake was heavy enough to hold the fondant. Everyone raved about the cake. It was moist and delicious.
