How to make it

  • In a bowl, pur in sour cream
  • In a shallow pan, put the crushed Cheese Nip crackers.
  • Dip the chicken in the sour cream and then roll in the crackers.
  • Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish.
  • Drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
