It sounds crazy, but boy is it good. The chicken gets moist from the sour cream. You can even make it with chicken tenders for the kids.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 box Cheese Nip crackers,crushed
  • Butter, melted

Directions
  1. In a bowl, pur in sour cream
  2. In a shallow pan, put the crushed Cheese Nip crackers.
  3. Dip the chicken in the sour cream and then roll in the crackers.
  4. Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
