How to make it

  • Place the white chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high just until the chips have melted.
  • Add the shoestring potatoes to the melted chips and combine.
  • Using a melon baller, place scoops of the mixture onto lightly greased wax paper.
  • Immediately press two candy coated eggs into the center of each scoop of mixture, and form into a nest shape.
  • Allow mixture to completely cool before transferring them to a serving plate. Makes about 40 nests.
