Grecian Goddess Pork Chops

- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary, crumbled shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 4 thick boneless chops (about 1 1/2 inches, may use bone-in) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Place chops in a heavy plastic bag (freezer) and pour marinade over top. Expel air and seal bag. Turn bag around several times to evenly distribute marinade. Place in fridge for 4-24 hours.
- Remove chops and place on broiling pan, reserving marinade. Broil for 12-15 minutes, turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
