Best in the World Sausage Crepes

- 1 pound bulk hot sausage shopping list
- 1/4 cup white onion chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup processed cheese shredded shopping list
- 3 ounce package cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces drained shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 12 crepes shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter melted shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté onion and sausage until browned then drain and add cheese,
- mushroom, seasonings and three fourth cups sour cream. Add milk if
- too dry. Place two tablespoon filling in center of each crepe then
- roll and arrange in rectangular baking dish. Combine butter and
- remaining sour cream and spread on crepes then bake covered for 30
- minutes at 375.
