Ingredients

How to make it

  • I love to rub seasoning onto pork chops, wrap them individually in plastic, and let that marinate for a few hours. They always turn out flavor packed and juicy!
  • Mix dry rub together
  • Drizzle a little evoo on one side of a chop and and a few pinches dry rub. Rub generously and repeat on the other side of the chop. Wrap in plastic and repeat with each pork chop.
  • Place in fridge for 4 hours to over night.
  • 30 minutes before grilling, set on counter to bring up to room temp to avoid sticking.
  • Preheat grill and oil grate.
  • Grill approx 8-12 minutes per side, til 160 internal temp
  • Allow to rest 5 minutes before cutting / serving
