How to make it

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400'
  • 2 Combine sugar,flour and nutmeg. Stir in melted butter. Add eggs and beat with whisk until smooth.
  • 3 Plave rhubarb and strawberries in piecrust. Pour egg mixture over the top.
  • 4 Bake 10 mins. Reduce heat to 350' and bake another 30 mins. Sprinkle turbinado sugar on top while pie is warm.
