White Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

This is a very simple, very delicious, and unique no-bake cheesecake recipe. Although I haven't tried, I bet you can use whatever flavor chips you want! (chocolate, peanut butter...)

Ingredients
- 1 cup white chips
- 2 pkgs of cream cheese (8 oz), cut up in small pieces
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions
- Melt chips over low heat, stirring until smooth
- remove from heat and stir in creame cheese
- fold in whipped topping
- pour into crust
- cover and refrigerate over night
- (you can also sprinkle with nuts, toffee, chocolate, etc just before serving)
