Serves about 1 cup

Sweet, fresh strawberries are diced and added to butter.... easy enough... add in a few more lil surprises and you've got a wonderfully simple, but delicious topping to make pancakes or waffles special!

Ingredients

1 cup homemade or unsalted butter, softened shopping list
1/2t fine sea or kosher salt(I used citron..delicious!) shopping list
dash of fresh ground nutmeg shopping list
2T honey shopping list
about 1/2 cup chopped, fresh strawberries shopping list
1/2t lemon zest shopping list

How to make it

Combine all ingredients well and let chill.
