Gorgonzola Potatoes

- 6 large baking potatoes shopping list
- Veggie oil shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened shopping list
- 3 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 4 oz. gorgonzola, crumbled shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven for 450°
- Wash potatoes
- Rub skins with oil
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes
- Cut in half and spoon out potato pulp into a large bowl
- Blend in sour cream, butter, milk, cheese and salt
- Spoon back into the potato skins (should be mounded)
- Bake for 10 more minutes
- Serve hot
- (If you freeze ahead, reheat at 350° for 30 minutes)
