How to make it

  • Preheat oven for 450°
  • Wash potatoes
  • Rub skins with oil
  • Bake in oven for 45 minutes
  • Cut in half and spoon out potato pulp into a large bowl
  • Blend in sour cream, butter, milk, cheese and salt
  • Spoon back into the potato skins (should be mounded)
  • Bake for 10 more minutes
  • Serve hot
  • (If you freeze ahead, reheat at 350° for 30 minutes)
