Excellent Carolina Rub For Pork Chops

This was in my recipe binder "to try" - well we tried it tonight and it's a keeper. Yum!

Mix together all ingredients, stir to combine well.
Rub 4 center cut pork loin chops with the mixture and let stand 10 minutes before cooking. We grilled them - delicious! I had 7 chops and just doubled everything to coat them all.

This rub was used on my chicken last night and it was absolutely delish. Will use 4th of July when kids come. Added my pic but for some reason went where your pork chops were. I am so sorry. Have never had that happen before....
