Blueberry Jam

- 5 c blueberries shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 1 TB fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- In medium saucepan,combine blueberries,sugar,lemon juice,and salt. Mash with a potato masher or wooden spoon until the berries have released their juices.
- Cook over med-high heat,stirring occasionally,until the mixture has thickened,18 to 25 mins. Transfer to containers and refrigerate for up to a month or freeze up to 1 year.
- You can also make this with 2 (10 oz) bags of frozen berries,Cook berries 2 to 3 mins before mashing,then reduce total cooking time to 15 to 17 mins.
