Rasberry Pretzel Cheescake

- CRUST: shopping list
- 3 CUP CRUSHED pretzels shopping list
- 1 STICK butter MELTED shopping list
- 1/4 CUP sugar shopping list
- cheeseCAKE LAYER: shopping list
- 2 8OZ BLOCKS CREEAM cheese shopping list
- 1 CARTON COOLWHIP shopping list
- 1 CUP powdered sugar shopping list
- RASBERRY TOPPING: shopping list
- 2 CUPS RASBERRYS SPRINKLED WITH 2 TBLSP sugar AND CRUSHED shopping list
How to make it
- mix the crust layer and bake at 350* in a 13x9 pan for 15 min and then cool
- then mix the creamcheese and sugar in a bowl and fold cool whip in. spread on top of pretzel crust.
- mash berrys in a bowl and spread on top
- store in the fridge till serving time...ENJOY!

Looks & sounds delightful! Did you know there is a natural alternative to Cool Whip called Truwhip? I just recently discovered it & have a tub in the freezer waiting for a job - this might be it.
