I can't believe I forgot to review this. I made it last month when I had family in town and it was delicious! The pretzel crust made for an interesting & unique flavor of sweet & salty (just a bit salty). Mine didn't look nearly as beautiful as yours and my family descended upon it like ravenous vultures so I didn't get a photo up ;-) I did use the TruWhip I told you about and was very pleased. My only concern for next time is that I would want to put the pretzels in a food processor to break them up more finely, I just pulverized mine in a bag with a rolling pin and the pieces were kind of chunky. Thanks for a wonderful, easy, delicious recipe!

Looks & sounds delightful! Did you know there is a natural alternative to Cool Whip called Truwhip? I just recently discovered it & have a tub in the freezer waiting for a job - this might be it.
