Chicken Fillets In Hoisin Sauce

- 10 chicken fillets shopping list
- 1 Tbsp of salt shopping list
- 1 Tbsp of ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of cornstarch shopping list
- about 2 Cups of cooking oil shopping list
- 2 to 3 Tbsps. of hoisin sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbsps of toasted sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Cut chicken into thin strips.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken. Mix well.
- Add cornstarch to the seasoned chicken and toss well.
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or pan. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown. Place them in a bowl with paper towels and set aside.
- When finished frying all the chicken fillets, pour off the cooking oil and wipe the wok or pan with paper towel to remove any cornstarch residue.
- Pour the hoisin sauce into the wok or pan.
- Add the chicken fillets and toasted sesame seeds. Toss and stir lightly.
- Serve with or without rice.
