This dish is so simple and delicious, it is required eating at our house especially during busy periods!

Ingredients
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, or equivalent amount of chicken tenders.
  • 1 16 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup (i use the kind w/roasted garlic)
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup vodka or white wine
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Place your chicken into the slow cooker.
  2. In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Cook on high 2 hours, then on low 2 hours.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
