How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Thaw and drain the spinach. I used a jar of button mushrooms and sliced each into thirds. Toss the spinach and mushrooms in 1/2 cup of mornay sauce then put in a small casserole dish.
  • Cook covered for 30 minutes, uncover and top with the monterey jack cheese and put under the broiler for 3 minutes to brown and bubble the cheese.
