Mornay Sauced Baked Spinach With Mushrooms

- 10 oz pkg frozen spinach drained and chopped shopping list
- 4 1/2 oz jar button mushrooms, Sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup Manchego Mornay Sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack with jalapeno, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325
- Thaw and drain the spinach. I used a jar of button mushrooms and sliced each into thirds. Toss the spinach and mushrooms in 1/2 cup of mornay sauce then put in a small casserole dish.
- Cook covered for 30 minutes, uncover and top with the monterey jack cheese and put under the broiler for 3 minutes to brown and bubble the cheese.
