How to make it

  • Cream sugar and egg together,then add baking soda;mix on low.Add peanut butter,mix well on high .Add vanilla and chocolate chips and mix.
  • Use teaspoonfuls of batter or small scoop and put on silpat or parchment lined cookie sheet. With tines of fork,press granulated sugar into cookies...
  • Bake for about 10 mins at 350' oven.

    These are the ones I've been making Brad for the last year or so. But no baking powder and I add about 1/2 cup oatmeal. They are good and easy! Like Lori, didn't do it for the gluten free, I did it cuz they're EASY! LOL

    I love these. Have made the several times. A former co-worker gave me the recipe because it's so easy...we never thought about gluten free! lol They actually didn't look anything like that pic, though. The texture was totally different, because of the no flour. : ) How did you get your to look that way?
