How to make it

  • 1 Preheat oven to 180ÂșC.
  • 2 Toss chicken fillets, chorizo, tomatoes, rissoni and basil pesto together in a 24cm x 30cm baking dish.
  • 3 Add white wine, stock and seasoning and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • 4 Serve with a salad of your choice.

    I looked up rissoni on the net and confirmed that orzo/rissoni is the same pasta. I will certainly will try this recipe, it sounds easy and delicious. Thanks for sharing! If one couldn't find rissoni, a good substitue would be broken up angel hair pasta.
