Hey, You Got Your Marinara In My Fondue!
From keni 12 years agoIngredients
- 6-8 cups favorite simple marinara(no need for veggie or meat loaded, just use your best homemade or purchased sauce. I used this one, Easy Marinara A Plenty, and just cut the veggies REALLY small so they only added flavor, but no chunks) shopping list
- fresh grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- various dippers: zucchini chips(baked), cheese sticks, lightly sauteed mushrooms, black and green olives, cooked and drained tortellini, fried ravioli, eggplant sticks, fried polenta, chicken nuggets,, pepperoni chunks, cooked italian sausage links, sliced, calamari, fried green beans, bell pepper slices or chunks, pineapple, rice balls, fried mac and cheese, mini calzones, grilled cheese triangles, bread sticks or sliced garlic bread... anything I'm missing?? :) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat marinara on stove top and arrange all prepared dippers on platters or bowls.
- Transfer marinara to fondue pot, sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan, and enjoy! :)
- *inexpensive bamboo skewers make great, disposable skewer sticks :)
