Ramen Pad Thai

- 3 pkgs. Top Ramen (doesn't matter what flavor, we're only using the noodles) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce shopping list
- 3 tablespoons canola oil shopping list
- 1 cup (2 inch) green onion pieces shopping list
- 8 oz shrimp, chicken, pork, tofu, or other veggies shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts shopping list
- 3 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil shopping list
How to make it
- Cook noodles, drain. Combine sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl. Heat large skillet or wok over medium high heat and add oil. Add onion pieces, meat or veggies, and garlic. Cook 2 minutes or until meat is almost done. Add noodles and sauce. Cook til meat is fully cooked. Top each serving of noodles with bean sprouts, peanuts, and basil. Enjoy!
