How to make it

  • Cook noodles, drain. Combine sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl. Heat large skillet or wok over medium high heat and add oil. Add onion pieces, meat or veggies, and garlic. Cook 2 minutes or until meat is almost done. Add noodles and sauce. Cook til meat is fully cooked. Top each serving of noodles with bean sprouts, peanuts, and basil. Enjoy!

    This sounds great. Pad Thai is my favorite Thai dish and I never would have thought of making it with wheat noodles instead of rice noodles.
