Delmonico Haddock

- 1-1/2 tsp salt,divided shopping list
- 1 c milk shopping list
- 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/8 tso pepper shopping list
- 1/8 tsp paprika shopping list
- 2 lbs. haddock fillets shopping list
- 1/4 c minced onion shopping list
- 2 TB butter shopping list
- 2 TB flour shopping list
- 1 tsp dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion in butter till golden. Add flour,mustard,1/2 tsp salt and milk. Cook till thickened,stirring constantly..Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
- Place fish in buttered casserole. Season with remaining salt and pepper. Pour chesse sauce over fish. Sprinkle with paprika and a little addiitional cheese if desired.Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley when done
- Bake at 350' for 30 mins...
