How to make it

  • Saute onion in butter till golden. Add flour,mustard,1/2 tsp salt and milk. Cook till thickened,stirring constantly..Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
  • Place fish in buttered casserole. Season with remaining salt and pepper. Pour chesse sauce over fish. Sprinkle with paprika and a little addiitional cheese if desired.Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley when done
  • Bake at 350' for 30 mins...

    mmmm this looks so good. This is exactly how I make my cheese sauce for mac 'n' cheese. Sounds yummy.
