How to make it

  • Prepare bean sauce as in recipe
  • I didn't have the cooking creme so I used Philly light cream cheese and my own Italian seasoning.
  • I also used roasted garlic seasoning.
  • The sauce was pretty thick for me so I thinned it with milk in the pan.
  • Slice the sausage vertically and then horizontally into bite size pieces
  • Chop the onion and saute in pan till just translucent
  • Add sausage and brown slightly (it's already cooked)
  • Add sauce and thin according to taste
  • Add salt/pepper to taste
  • Add fresh basil if using
  • Meanwhile cook pasta
  • Serve hot sauce over pasta
  • THAT'S IT! Easy peasy and Good!

    Ooooo looks yummy Donna. Very. I'm going to have to go in search of chicken sausage. No way I'm putting this over cauliflower though. Ugh. Bring on the pasta. LOL! Nice post!
