How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350' In glass 9x13" baking dish,melt butter in oven.
  • In a bowl,mix together 1-3/4 c sugar,flour,vanilla and milk. Once the butter is melted,pour the batter over the butter,but do not stir.
  • In another bowl, mix cocoa and remaining white sugar and brown sugar together.Sprinkle on top of batter. Do not stir.
  • Pour boiling water on top of that(don't stir) and bake 30-45 mins till it had nice gloden brown crust. Serve warm...great with ice cream.
