- 5oz butter 12oz caster sugar shopping list
- 3 1/2 lemons juice and rind shopping list
- 3 beaten eggs + 2 yolks shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the butter, 12oz of sugar, juice and lemon grated rind in the top of a double saucepan over boiling water
- Add the beaten eggs +2 yolks
- Stir until thick
- Cool
