How to make it
- Drain clams and reserve juice
- Saute onion in olive oil on medium heat
- Add minced garlic and stir
- Add clam juice.
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Add clams and parsley
- Turn off heat
- Add butter.
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Serve over cooked pasta(your choice).

This is super fast, super simple and amazingly delicious!!! I doubled it and my husband & I ate the entire amount -well for dinner & lunch the next day. I also added a couple dashes of hot pepper sauce and we really enjoyed the flavor it added. Sin...more99bordeaux in Richmond loved it
