How to make it

  • Cream butter, shortning and sugars till fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs and extracts
  • Combine dry ingredients, beat into egg mixture.
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Drop dough by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheets (I line mine with foil, no need to clean)
  • Bake at 325 degrees 12 - 15 minutes till golden.

    Oh my Im glad you posted this...my sweet husband loves them just the way you do..crispy and chewy..I like them really light in color and soft..allmost doughy=))...When I make them I have to make a few batches for him and than make em the way I like! Thanks for sharing..Im going to try this one out soon.
