"cheaters" Iced Cappuccino

I've made this quite often for a quick mid-afternoon refreshment break. Originally posted on AR by Christy Grigor who says it's a "cheaters" iced cappuccino. Mocha lovers can add a few swirls of chocolate syrup!
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules (+ or -) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar (+ or -) I prefer + shopping list
- 3 tablespoons warm water shopping list
- approx. 6 fluid ounces cold milk shopping list
How to make it
- In sealable jar, combine instant coffee, sugar and warm water. Cover the jar and shake until it is foamy.
- Pour into a tall glass full of ice. Fill the glass with milk. Stir - adjust to taste if necessary.

I made this again today. I didn't have any chocolate syrup this time around, darn it, so I added a tad bit more sugar, another picture and a thread in IMI 8/27/13

Yummy! I did about 2 tsp of sugar. It's funny cause I drink my hot coffee black but iced coffee I have to have a little sweet. Anyway this helped me through my afternoon lag! Thanks!
