Stuffed Meatball Parmigiana Subs Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Slice rolls lengthwise almost all the way through
  • On baking sheet, put meatballs in single layer
  • Top with provolone cheese
  • Put in oven until cheese melts
  • Add meatballs to rolls
  • Enjoy all that cheesy goodness!!!
  • ~~If you prefer a toasted roll, put rolls on baking sheet and add meatballs to roll~~

    Be still my heart! I love me some meatball sub! When the weather cools off enough for me to sell it to Bryan, this is on the menu! Probably on a football Saturday, with some beer? Oh yeah...wish you and Les could come hang with us! Wouldn't that be a blast???
