Cucumber And Cream Salad

A friend of mine gave me some very nice garden cucumbers. I usually cut the cucumbers in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon, but these were nice enough to just slice and make this simple salad. It's very quick to make, but I would recommend chilling it at least overnight before serving.
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, very thinly sliced shopping list
- green onions, very thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (or 2 tablespoons lemon juice) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (or 2 tablespoons yogurt) shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cucumbers and onions together.
- Mix dressing ingredients.
- Add to cucumbers, chill till very cold & serve.
