Mashed Potato Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Add cooked potatoes to a large bowl.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, add cheese and butter stirring until melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, s and p.
  • Fold mixture into potatoes and pour into 2 quart casserole.
  • Dot with remaining butter and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
