Fast Spanish Rice

I almost did not post this as it is too simple. I figure that anyone or everyone has already done this. I was fixing chicken enchiladas a few years ago and wanted to throw together a quick side dish so this is it. Read more I put 5-25 minutes down for the time as it depends on if you use real or quick rice. I am almost embarrassed about posting it, but it does work and is easy so I figured I would share. Since this site is not just about putting together complicated recipes, but the everyday short cuts. Give it a shot see what you think. See less
Ingredients
- Normal long grain rice shopping list
- 1 Cup rice shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cups of water shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of your favorite salsa. shopping list
- instant rice shopping list
- 1 Cup instant rice shopping list
- 3/4 Cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup of your favorite salsa. shopping list
How to make it
- Cook according to the directions on the rice package.
