How to make it

  • Make sure sausage is thoroughly cooked and drained then set aside
  • Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
  • Mix sausage with chopped peppers, onions, cheeses, and salad dressing
  • Lightly grease a muffin pan with cooking spray
  • Press wonton wrappers one at a time into each cup See Photo
  • Spray with cooking oil and bake 3-5 min.
  • Remove wontons from oven , fill with sausage mixture and place on cookie sheet
  • Bake in oven 5 min. until bubbly
  • Makes around 4 dozen. Can prepare shells and filling the day before- keep filling refrigerator and shells covered in bag until ready to use.
