Banana Coconut Bake Recipe

I got this from my friend Charlotte and she got it from Betty Crocker. I made it and it is just awesome.

Ingredients
- 6 medium bananas
- 2 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 1/3 C. orange juice
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/4 C. packed brown sugar
- 2/3 C. shredded coconut
Directions
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Grease pie plate.
- Cut bananas crosswise in half; cut each half lengthwise in half
- Place in pie plate.
- Dot bananas with butter.
- Drizzle with orange and lemon juices.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and coconut.
- Bake uncovered 8 to 10 minutes or until coconut is golden.
