How to make it

  • Heat oil to 350
  • Preheat oven to 200
  • Set up dredging station, one bowl with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one bowl with beaten eggs and the last one with a combo of both breadcrumbs
  • Dip ravioli in flour, then egg and lastly breadcrumbs
  • In batches, drop carefully into oil and cook on both sides until golden brown
  • Set on baking rack placed on baking sheet keeping warm in oven until all are cooked...Make sure to sprinkle with a little kosher salt as soon as they come out of the oil.
  • Shave Parmesan cheese over top of ravioli
  • Serve with your favorite Marinara sauce for dipping
  • ~~Optional dip would be a garlic butter sauce~~
