Having lived nearly a lifetime in Louisiana, I find it hard to enjoy most other cook's recipe "spices"...never spicy enough, usually bland, no kick & jive! My favorite Louisiana spice is "Ball's Cajun Seasoning" in Lake Charles, LA. The best of the best and I've used them all. Your recipe does sound great and I'm going to try it....thanks for the Louisiana Love!

    Hi!
I have a similar cajun spice mix also that i make. I got the recipe from Emeril Legase, called Baby Bam. I use it in almost everything.. It's a little milder than yours...
