Tandoori Chicken

- 6 chicken leg shopping list
- 3 large potato cut into chunky shopping list
- 4 large carrot cut into chunky shopping list
- 1 large onion sliced into rings shopping list
- For Marination shopping list
- 6 Tbsp yogurt (1 Tbs for one chicken leg) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 5 garlic minced shopping list
- 1 Tbsp sweet paprika shopping list
- 1 Tbsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp coriander shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger powder shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp hot pepper (optional) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp masala shopping list
- 1 Tbsp tomatoe paste shopping list
- 1/2 cup Fenugreek Leave powder shopping list
- 3 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- To marinate the chicken:
- 1. Rinse Chicken; Pat dry.
- 2. Hold the chicken leg and run your knife in the muscle area to let the
- marination to penetrate inside the meat...2-3 gash
- 2. In a big bowl, mix all the marination. Put chicken and apply the
- marination real good by rubbing the chicken. Coat with Oil. See Photo
- Let it in fridge for 2hrs
- 4. Preheat the oven to 220 degree C or 400-450 degree F
- 3. On broiler pan, adjust the Potato, Carrot and Onion See Photo. Lay the marinated chicken
- on top of the vegetables and put in oven for 25-35min. See Photo
- 4. You can serve immediately. I like to grill it more on Pan Griller
- because it gives this slightly sizzling.
- This can be served with Rice or Bread Naan.
